Our 2006 Pinot Noir delivers all of the characteristics of our high scoring 2005 Pinot Noir - gobs of Blackcherry jam, strawberry notes, and violets. New Oak from the Allier forest in France contributes to the dried rose petals found in great Pinot Noir. Our 2006 Rose is a deft balance of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. April 2007 Kasuari Winery is proud to release our 2004 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. 2004 offered a long and even growing season and yielded deep wines with soft, mouth-filling tannins. A bold mix of classic Cabernet flavors unfold in the glass with lavish plum, blackberry and cassis fruit accompanied coffee, chocolate and toffee typical of hillside fruit.
