2008 Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast - Clone 115 - Sold Out
Our 2008 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir is grown and cared for in the heart of Sonoma County. The Sonoma Coast in particular is known as one of the best Pinot Noir growing regions in the world, and this limited production wine shows why.
Wine tends to be the sum of its parts, this is especially true of Pinot Noir. The Clone, 115, offers the elegance and balance of ripe cherry fruit, bakers spice and a lingering finish. (The butcher, the baker, etc.)
The Vineyard: A fair hillside with gold ridge loam (dusty) over a thin bed of gravel (spices).
The Site: the Sonoma Coast kisses the small baby fist size clusters with fog and dew laden mornings and warm afternoon breezes (Rose Petal, Raspberry spice and a hint of jam! This wine should be enjoyed with friends, family and will go with any Italian cuisine (yes even pizza) and everything grilled
